Show of Izaak X Gokey who is a 5th year Writing Major from Champlain College who has had artistic talent all his life.  From telling stories using pictures and no words, to being one of the winners of the art bus, and holding a few exhibitions, his creativity hasn't faltered and continues to grow.

Artist Statement:

A lot of things pop into my head from stories I'm told, dreams I have, and just happen to see.  I take inspiration from those visuals and enjoy sharing them with others, in case they've not seen something like it before or it inspires them, too.

February WOW - SoRomantic

The weather might have kept some of you away. For those who ventured out, we had a great time exploring, making art, getting a little massage and finding out how to get a paper frog to jump. Thank you all you amazing artists for helping make a great night.

Looking forward to April, I want to use March being Kids Art Month as the inspiration for April’s WOW and keep making art as an integral part. SafeArt will be on hand for future WOW’s with Stenciling planned for April and Green Mountain Linen and Barristers Book Shop in the mix.
